Place chicken in a shallow pan; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake to blend; pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight, turning several times. Grill chicken over hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until juices run clear, basting often with marinade.
Tip: Freeze chicken breasts or pork chops with their marinades in airtight containers. By the time it’s thawed for cooking, the meat will have absorbed just enough flavor…so easy!
