Roasted Portabella Mushrooms


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound Portabella mushrooms cut into thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Directions:

1. Coat an 8-x-8-inch baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange the mushrooms in the dish, and sprinkle with the olive oil and basil. Toss gently to coat, and cover with aluminum foil.

2. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender. Serve hot.
