Ripe Olive and Cream Cheese Spread

Yield: 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese brought to room temperature
1 tablespoon cream or any mild salad dressing
1/2 cup finely chopped black olives
1/2 cup finely minced green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Place the cream cheese and cream or dressing in small bowl, and mix well with a fork.

2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, and combine well. Refrigerate until ready to use and enjoy on crackers or as a spread for open-faced sandwiches.
