Sauté onions in melted margarine. Add franks. Heat until franks are cooked and onions are lightly browned. Blend together salt, flour, and chili powder. Add mixture to onions and franks. Add beans, tomatoes, and corn. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes.
Variation: May use 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained, 1 (15-ounce) can baked beans, 1 (10 3/4 -ounce) can tomato soup, 1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes, and 1 (12-ounce) can corn, drained.
