Melt butter in skillet. Chop onions and slice mushrooms. Add vermouth and garlic to skillet. Add onions and mushrooms. Sauté until golden. Reserve 2 tablespoons of each cheese. Alternate layers of remaining cheeses and mushroom mixture in 9-inch pie shells until all ingredients are used. Combine eggs, cream and Worcestershire in bowl; mix with wire whisk. Pour over layers in pie shells. Top with reserved cheeses. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. May reheat in microwave, if desired.
