Ham Quiche Biscuit Cups

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
(10-count) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1/2 cup finely chopped ham

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 10 muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each cup. Firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming a 1/4-inch rim. Place half of ham in bottom of dough cups. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cheese and egg mixture over ham. Top with remaining ham and bake for about 25 minutes or until filling is set and edges of biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve immediately.
