Melt butter in saucepan; add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Add milk; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add crabmeat, eggs, salt, and lemon juice; mix well.
Spoon into crab shells. Sprinkle with mixture of cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until brown. Garnish with chopped parsley.
