Cheese-Topped Orange Roughy

2 pounds orange roughy (can substitute sole, cod, or snapper)
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 hot sauce to taste


Preheat oven to 350°. Place fish in a shallow glass casserole coated with cooking spray; bake 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients. Spread Topping evenly over cooked fish fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
