Broiled Herbed Scallops

Serves: 2
Total Calories: 100


1/4 pound fresh bay scallops
1 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 chopped fresh parsley


Put scallops in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except the parsley. Toss and marinate at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove scallops from marinade and put on wooden skewers or place in a shallow pan. Broil just until scallops are opaque, being careful not to overcook. Baste with the marinade. Sprinkle on parsley just before serving.
