Graham Cracker Crust:
Mix crushed crackers with brown sugar and enough butter to make it hold together. Line an 8-inch-square pan with this mixture. Pour in custard. May reserve a small amount of the graham cracker mixture to garnish the top of this dessert.
Make a custard of sugar, milk, and 2 egg yolks in a double boiler. When smooth, remove from heat and add vanilla and soaked gelatin. Cool; add whipped cream and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff. Place this mixture in a Graham Cracker Crust. Sets in an hour. Cut in squares to serve.
