This is the best Mexican Macaroni and Cheese recipe on the web!!_ cups cooked macaroni _ pounds ground beef _ cups Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed ___ cup picante sauce ___ cup milk _ tablespoon butter _ teaspoon salt ___ teaspoon pepper Brown ground beef in a skillet and add salt and pepper to meat while cooking. Place Velveeta, milk, margarine and salsa in a microwave proof bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave for about 3 minutes, stirring once. If the cheese is still not melted after the 3 minutes cook for an additional minute. Combine meat, macaroni, and cheese mixture in a large bowl and stir thoroughly. Serve immediately.
