Mexican Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1 1/2 quarts milk
8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
8 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine milk, chocolate and cinnamon sticks in saucepan and cook until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and take out cinnamon. Add vanilla and beat with electric mixer. Place cinnamon sticks into mugs and pour in hot chocolate. Serve immediately.
