In mixing bowl lightly mash beans, then add the next 5 ingredients. In a lightly greased large skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 tortilla for 15 seconds or until softened turn over. Spread 1/5 of bean mixture over half of tortilla and top with cheese. Fold tortilla in half and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately or place in a warm oven.
