1. Heat oven to 350° F. 
2. Combine ingredients until well-blended. Form mixture into 1 long loaf and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Prepare the following glaze.
Mustard Glaze:
*Combine and blend ingredients well. During the last 1/2 hour of baking, spread ham loaf with glaze and baste often with pan drippings.
Horseradish Sauce:
*Combine ingredients. Chill. Serve horseradish sauce with ham loaf.
