1. In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter until foam begins to subside. Add bread and garlic. Stirring, cook until golden brown. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2. In skillet, sauté scallops and garlic in butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until scallops are opaque. Sprinkle with parsley.
3. Place scallops in a serving dish. Sprinkle with crumbs; garnish with lemon.
