2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder and coat chicken.
3. Heat oil and butter in skillet and saute chicken until brown (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and put in casserole dish.
4. To skillet, add mustard and sugar free syrups. Boil, stirring until slightly thick (about 3 minutes). Pour sauce over chicken and bake, covered for 20 minutes.
