1. In a large saucepan, bring broth, water, and tomatoes to boil over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients(minus cheese). Return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 3 minutes while you set the table.
