Crunch Apple Salad

1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon light miracle whip
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 dashes cinnamon
2 tablespoons walnuts or raisins or both
2 large apples preferably 1 red and 1 green
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbit in its own juice, drained


1. Whisk all ingredients (minus apple and pineapple) in a medium bowl.
2. Slice, core, and cut apples into chunks and add to bowl.
3. Drain pineapple and add to bowl and toss gently to coat well.
4. Chill salad until ready to serve.

Tastes great with:
Polynesian Pizza or Turkey Vegetable Stew
