Creamy Tuna Twist

2 (6-ounce) cans water packed tuna rinsed and drained
3 stalks celery chopped
1 small red onion chopped
3 cups dry corkscrew or pasta shells
3/4 cup light miracle whip
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dill weed
10 grinds fresh black pepper
2 cups frozen green peas


1. Put a medium size pot of water on to boil.
2. Place tuna in a large bowl with a tight-fitting lid.
3. Mix celery and red onion with tuna.
4. When water is boiling, add pasta. Set timer for 8 minutes.
5. Whisk together remaining ingredients (minus peas) in a 2-cup measuring cup. Mix well with tuna.
6. When timer sounds, add peas to boiling pasta. Set timer for 2 minutes.
7. When timer sounds, quickly drain and rinse both pasta and peas in cold water. Toss well with tuna mixture. Serve chilled.

Tastes great with:
A bowl of vegetable soup and fruit
