Vegetarian Goulash

Ingredients

20 ounces Worthington® Prime Stakes veggie burgers (drained and diced)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can crushed tomatoes pieces, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (7-ounce) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 bay leaves

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan on medium heat, brown WORTHINGTON Vegetable Steaks in oil.

2. Add onion and saute until tender.

3. Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.

5. Remove bay leaves before serving.
