We call these "Brennies" because it was Brennah's idea. _ 8-ounce package cream cheese _ egg ___ cup sugar Mom's Brownies batter (see recipe in this chapter) Mix together Mom's brownies as directed and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. In a seperate bowl mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar together until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter in three even lines lengthwise. Take a butter knife and swirl back and forth through cream cheese in an "S" motion. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
