Coconut Bars

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Press into a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. (Double recipe for large cookie sheets.)
