Chocolate Pies

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk (enough to make a workable dough)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons mexican vanilla extract
1/4 cup evaporated milk (no substitutes)
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients (biscuit mix, milk, sour cream sugar, butter) together and divide into 5 equal balls. Roll into a circle the size of a plate. Mix last 5 ingredients (sugar, cocoa, vanilla, evaporated milk, powdered sugar) and put in microwave for about 2-3 minutes until sugar is almost dissolved then spoon 2 tablespoons into each piece of dough and top with a pat of butter. Fold in half and then fold the edges over agian. Place 2 in a pie pan and put left over butter around the crust. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until they start to turn brown.
