Olive Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup black olives paste
1 clove garlic, peeled and flattened with the side of a knife
1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive paste, garlic, rosemary, oil, and vinegar. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little more oil. Let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour. Remove the garlic before serving.
