Mix apple with pecans, brown sugar, and Kahlua. Set aside. Place brie in shallow, oven-proof dish; top with apple mixture. Bake at 325° 10–15 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and cheese is softened. Serve with lavosh or water crackers.
