Veal Marsala


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound thin veal cutlets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1.4 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons marsala wine

Directions:

Rub the veal with the garlic and then sprinkle it with the salt and pepper and brown in a non-stick skillet. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
