French Dressing 4

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon kosher salt
4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups water


In a 1-quart saucepan, stir all the ingredients together. Cook stirring over medium heat until slightly thickened. Cover and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Serve within one week.
