Blender Mayonnaise

1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup polyunsaturated oil


Place the egg substitute, spices, lemon juice and ΒΌ cup oil in a blender. Cover and whirl at low speed just until blended. Slowly add the remaining oil in a steady stream while the blender continues to run.
