Corn Flake Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato sauce. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs. Place meatballs into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Bake for 1 hour.
