Ingredients

(13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
1/2 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
1/4 cup sliced green olives
3 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup fresh basil , thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 Optional: 6 anchovy fillets, finely chopped

Directions:

Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush lightly with oil. Spread garlic over dough; sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese. Top with artichokes, olives, capers, basil, feta cheese and anchovies, if using. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
