Cheesy Meat Omelet

Ingredients

4 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 slices cooked ham, chopped
1 teaspoon dried diced onion
1/8 green bell pepper, chopped
dash pepper
dash salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 tomato, diced
Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Beat eggs and milk in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add bacon, sausage, ham, onion, pepper, salt, and green pepper.

Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When warm, spray with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the warm skillet and cover. Cook 6 minutes or until egg mixture is set but the top is still moist.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly onto half of omelet. Using a spatula, fold egg mixture in half over the cheese and cover again. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Turn out onto plate and top with fresh tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
