Summer Fruit Salad

Serves: 6

3 medium peaches, peeled, sliced (about 2 cups)
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup lemon-lime soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons flaked coconut


Place peaches and strawberries in a 1-quart freezer container or bag. Mix sugar and lemon juice into soda. Pour over fruit. Seal, label, and freeze.

To serve, thaw 3 hours. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with coconut.
