Frosty Strawberry Salad

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 90


1 (8-ounce) container strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 (8 1/2-ounce) can fruit cocktail, well-drained
2 tablespoons pecans, , chopped


Combine yogurt and sugar. Stir in fruit cocktail and pecans. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. Spoon salad into cups. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Package into freezer bags, label, and freeze for longer storage.

To serve, let salad stand at room temperature for a few minutes remove papers.
