Zippy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1 (1-pound) package regular bulk sausage
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, well drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 round loaf bread

Directions:

Cook sausage until done; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until cheese is melted. Keep warm. Cut top off bread and hollow the inside. Fill hollow with warm dip. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or bread chunks.

Editor's Extra: You can use regular tomatoes and hot sausage . . . or both hots . . . or nots.
