Spinach and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients

4 cups torn fresh spinach
1 (7 1/4-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained, cut into strips
1 medium zucchini, cut into thin strips
1 cup diced provolone cheese
1/2 cup seasoned croutons
1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette

Directions:

Arrange spinach in a large salad bowl or serving platter. Top with peppers, zucchini, cheese, and croutons. Toss with vinaigrette before serving.
