Short-Cut Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can chicken gumbo soup
1 (10-ounce) package frozen cut okra
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 (10-ounce) package frozen, peeled shrimp, thawed
1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
1 teaspoon filé powder (optional)
2 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

Combine all in a large pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10–20 minutes till okra is tender. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
