Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup raspberry preserves
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup light olive oil

Directions:

Whisk (or blend in blender) vinegar, preserves, and sugar. Add olive oil in thin stream, whisking (or blending) till well blended. Bottle and refrigerate. Shake before adding to salad greens.
