Teresa’s Easy-Peasy Salad

Serves: 7

1 head lettuce, shredded
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 (16-ounce) package frozen green peas, cooked and cooled
1 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Place lettuce in a large salad bowl; layer with celery, peas and bacon. Serve with special dressing on the side, or pour dressing over salad at serving time. Keep refrigerated.
Special Dressing:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1 to 2 tablespoon milk, divided


Mix together salad dressing and sugar. Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
