Scalloped Zucchini

Serves: 9

4 to 5 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups pasteurized process cheese spread, sliced
1 sleeve rectangular buttery cracker, crushed
1/2 cup butter, sliced


Layer half each of zucchini, onion and cheese slices in a buttered 13"x9" baking pan. Repeat layering. Top with crackers and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees until tender, about 40 minutes.
