Chopped Salad

2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
6 thick slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled


Place tomatoes in a salad serving bowl; toss with mayonnaise and seasonings. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to several hours. At serving time, add lettuce and bacon to bowl. Stir to coat evenly.
