First Mango on the Moon

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 lime, peeled and halved
2 tablespoons sparkling mineral water
1 tablespoon superfine sugar, or to taste
1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions:

Alternate adding the mango, pineapple, and lime to the juicer, and process until juiced. Transfer the juice to a blender (or covered shaker) add the water, sugar, and ice, and mix for 30 seconds or until well blended. Pour the juice into a glass, and garnish with a Fruit Skewer (see Garnishes with a Twist), if desired.
