Cream Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

6 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Combine and mix all ingredients well.

2. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish on 350° F for 35-40 minutes or until set.
