Texas Hot Dogs

Ingredients

1 cup Cheddar cheese finely grated (4 oz.)
1/2 cup tortilla chip crushed
2 green onions
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
10 hot dogs
10 hot dog buns - split

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cut a 1/2 inch deep lengthwise split in each hot dog. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture into each. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melting. Serve on buns.
