Stuffed Peppers

5 green bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 cup long grain rice (cooked)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste


Cut the top of the pepper off and clean the inside. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, rice, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Mix weel and stuff into the pepper. Pour on remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 1 1/2 hour at 350°.
