Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo light corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix sugars together in a sauce pan and gring to a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and rice crispies. Spread in a buttered 9x13 pan. In a microwave safe dish put in ships and melt, using medium heat. Spread over crispies and chill.
