Cut your halibut into strips 3"x2". Season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Saute onions and peppers with you halibut in a little bit of olive oil.
Cut corn off of the cob and cook separately in a small amount of water. Dice tomatoes, half of the avocado, and cilantro. Add half of lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Add corn and serve.
