Apricot Sauce

Serves: 12

1/2 (15-ounce) can apricot half without sugar
5 tablespoons mango chutney
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon sugar


Mash the apricots and finely chop and chutney. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture starts to bubble. Good with meat, hot or cold.
