Zucchini (pita filling)

Ingredients

2 zucchini small, shredded
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1 tomato chopped
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1/2 teaspoon summer savory dried, crushed
3 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese grated

Directions:

Stir-fry zucchini in hot oil in a small skillet. Add tomato, Tamari sauce, and savory. Stir-fry until heated through. Sprinkle cheese over top and serve in whole wheat pita bread pockets.
