Yogurt And Fruit Platter


Serves: 8

Ingredients

Raspberry Yogurt or Honey Yogurt (see below)
Fresh fruit such as strawberries, pear slices, apple slices, pineapple spears or chunks
Lemon juice (optional)
Granola

Directions:

At least 1 hour or up to 24 hours before serving: Prepare one or both of the yogurts and chill.

To assemble: Prepare fruit. If using fruit that might turn brown, sprinkle with lemon juice, coating all surfaces. Drain off lemon juice. Place granola in a bowl. Arrange yogurt, fruit and granola on a platter. Serve with small dishes and wooden picks.
