Yo-Yo Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container raspberry yogurt
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
Fresh fruit of your choice (bananas, apples, pears
strawberries or green grapes)
lemon juice if needed

Directions:

1. Place cream cheese in a large mixer bowl and wait about 30 minutes for cream cheese to soften.

2. Add yogurt and jam. Turn electric mixer on to low speed and beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon dip into a bowl. Place bowl on a serving plate.

3. Cut fruit into bite-size pieces large enough to dunk into dip. Apples, bananas and pears will turn brown after they are cut so, if you wish, place them in a small bowl of lemon juice. Turn the fruit over to be sure all sides have been covered with lemon juice. Remove fruit from bowl and arrange on plate around the dip. Use toothpicks to spear the fruit and dunk in dip.

Note: Any flavor of yogurt and jam can be used.
